On-going coaching to achieve to your running goals, injury free, in a fun and supported way. Suitable for all ability levels and goals; you may be new to running or aiming for a sub 3 hour Marathon. Includes:
Helping you establish a clear goals for your training block.
Personalised adaptive training plan, updated weekly based on your progress.
Monthly one-to-one running assessments of physical capabilities and running form.
Support on topics such as kit, fuelling, hydration, race strategy, etc.
Regular check-in calls to discuss progress, challenges, and adjustments to the plan.

Looking to try something new, fun, and inspiring? Green Peeks Running experiences are perfect for runners of all levels who want to explore the joy of running in new ways – whether you're dipping your toe into trail running, building your skills, or simply looking for a confidence boost.
Includes:
A 60-minute guided easy pace run on a local trail route (can be shorter duration if desired). Includes warm up, run and cool down.
Trail tips: technique, gear, and safety.
Adapted for your ability level and interests; for example your first trail run, technical hill running or exploring trails the flat.
Great for solo runners or small groups (up to 4 runners).

Do you want to run faster and more efficiently? Get the experience of fully coached intervals sessions, without the commitment of joining a running club.
Fully coached 60 minute training sessions, focused on pace and form.
After a comprehensive warm up with drills, you'll be guided through a structured running workout, with your pace 100% self-determined.
Suitable for ALL ability levels, beginner or expert. Open to anyone that registers.
Where : Central Bristol - Queen Square.
When : Weekly, depending availability of runners.
Pay as you go - You will be added to a WhatsApp Group where sessions are planned to fit with everyone's availability. Just turn up and pay on the day.
